Clifford Stoll is telling the cuckoo’s egg story in a nice one hour movie

As an early day Internet geek you might now the Cuckoos egg story from Clifford Stoll, which was basically about hunting a hacker around the virtual world. Keep in mind this was about computing and networking late 80s early 90s with large time sharing computer systems. These times a billing inconsistency about 75 cents at a time sharing system triggered an investigation by Clifford Stoll about who acutally used the computer system and caused these 75 cents. Since there was nobody to charge these amount to, Clifford found that a hacker was using the LBL computer system as user „hunter“ to hack other systems and gather military confidential information. Clifford finalled ended up in the histories first cyber criminal investigation… but just see by yourself.
